CYPRUS

FREE standard Cyprus delivery for all orders to "Box Now" Lockers! 

We ship our orders within 3-7 working days after an order is placed. Orders will be sent with Box Now to your local Box Now locker. Please specify the preferable (if any) Box Now locker at the checkout note.  Also, we offer home delivery at €3.00

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship worldwide via Cyprus Post. All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. International shipping takes from 4-15 business days.

- The shipping cost for EU countries is €5.00.

All orders are dispatched from Cyprus (EU). Please note that customers are responsible for custom charges once parcels enter the country of destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your headbands when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on info@bowshopcy.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your headbands and turbans are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 2 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another product of the store within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
